-Mad makes his way to an enforcer station after breaking off from Caiden and The Scrimshander, seeking to report to Sgt. DeVein. They discuss Mad's current work, since he is technically fallen from grace as an enforcer and how he can do spy work for DeVein, potentially going to find the sixth child. Caiden and The Scrimshander go to the library to do some research. They speak with the librarian, Octav Voinov, about the research materials they need, and about Misha Ossick, and their apparent missing status, though Octav agrees to pass on The Scrimshanders regards should they see Misha. Vira and Adelheid head to see Maeve. Maeve is a heavily tattooed wood elf with chaotic hair. She is relatively unconcerned with the going-ons of Krovil and the assassination. The rebels were planning something that day but were interrupted. She does not appear to know who did the assassination. They were instead going to destroy the blood therapy clinic equipment, but the institution of martial law stopped it, and the team has not reported since, she thinks they were betrayed or were otherwise discovered.
-[10:57 PM]
-Vira says that Adelheid has evidence to deal great damage to the Grimwalds (which is APPARENTLY the reason she wanted to introduce Adelheid to the rebels, and thought she might be valuable to them) and invites Adelheid to share her story. Adelheid says no, upset with Vira. Maeve says its fine if she's not willing to talk now, so long as she agrees  to their cause. Adelheid very half-heartedly agrees, which Vira senses that she really just wanted to keep the conversation moving. Mad appears at the door, informing Maeve that he has been terminated as an enforcer, and wishes to see if he can help. Vira pulls Maeve aside, and warns her of Mad's lawful convictions. Meanwhile Adelheid takes her leave, and Vira follows after though Adelheid has disguised herself to look like a beggar. Mad asks Maeve for a job, that he might continue to do justice, and Maeve accepts.

-We all return to the tower, with Caiden and The Scrimshander read out in the garden, researching about the weird magical darkness during the assassination. Adelheid shows upthen Vira, then MadMad attempts to determine what Vira and Adelheid were doing with Maeve, and Adelheid lets the cat out of the bag that Vira is a member of the resistance, and that she was turned before the resistance, and was turned because of the resistance.+The smell of blood seeps through the floor as dusk begins. Adelheid tracks it to Grimwald's roomand Vira picks the lockWe see Grimwald writing 'come back to me my love' in circles in blood on the walls. Vira knocks Grimwald out of it, and it is revealed that he was possessed by his wife (which he knows as he recognizes the writing).

-Vira talks with Grimwald about how he is doing and if he has had any weird incidents since thenHe has notScrimshander asks if Vira is truly a member of the resistance. Though the Scrimshander believes that Vira will see things that same way that they do eventually. Scrimshander shows Adelheid the letter (see session 9 notes)Adelheid confirms that it is about Grimwald. Vira waits for Adelheid in Adelheid'roomand confronts her about why she did that. They eventually apologise.+Caiden, The Scrimshander, and Mad head toward the castle, while Vira and Adelheid head out for their 'date'Heading to a rickety old tea house called the Splintered Spoon Tearoom, in Witherwood District. Vira meets with the resistance, specifically with an Eboncask and BrightwickMaeve, the founder's Sixth Child is involved in the resistanceshe has been in the Vein for 2 seasons now. Brightwick asks Adelheid where she'fromas he places her accent in a town called Grimmwald, outside Maradov, he was surprised that anyone from that town might still live, as the people who lived their apparently all starved and died before the Mist came.

+Scrimshander and Caiden make their way to the castle, passing through an absurdly large door at the entrance. Caiden speaks with his grandfather, who appears quite well, and seems to be genuinely nice to Caiden, and somewhat senile/old. Also Caiden has a (twin?) sister Casey (Cassy?). The second and third child are long dead, the fourth and fifth could rule in case of the deposition of the first child, the sixth child is not in favour.
