====== A Bite to Eat ====== ** , ** //Played on: July 3 2025// Caiden speaks to Xenia, asking if she is related to Alexander, she says she is. Then, in Celestial, Caiden asks if she is his grandmother, and states his full name. Yet Mad pieces together a few words, and the truth of who Caiden is is revealed, grandson of the Grand Prince Graycastle. ("He is a superbastard" - Nicole). More of the identities of the party members are revealed. Mad's family, the Lockwoods, keep trees for generations for those who purchase them, and Vira and the Scrimshander are associate with the Ossicks, a noble family. Xenia is not Caiden's grandmother, but her sister likely is. Xenia bitch slaps Skullduggary unconcious when he makes a comment about women needing to make dinner. The next time he is seen he is being forced to wash the glass dishes that Xenia has prepared. We are sent to gather food, by hunting bugs, which are apparently around the size of small dogs. Continuing into the caves, we encounter the Cryopillars, who stay in an aura of magical darkness. Caiden attacks them, causing a small swarm to come down, which we fight. Notably, Vira does not see fit to help us with the fight at first, nor does Mad. Caiden is downed in the fight, as he walks past a Cryopillar with his guard down. Returning to the main cavern, we see a new batch of prisoners being lowered into the pit. There is apparently a new king, the First Child, and the new prisoners are undesirables to the new reign. The Prince is likely dead. The Acrobat was looking for his sister, but does not see her down here. There is a swarm of 15 rats (Vilia Ossick, who return the call the Scrimshander sent out. They say that the prison is apparently the safest place for Vira and the Scrimshander to be. Wren questions whether Vira is truly an Ossick, or if she is the same as Wren. Adelheid attempts to get the vampires who have not fed yet to indulge in the blood of the Cryopillars, Wren does but Vira refuses to. She then attempts to get Adelheid to volunteer, and goads Adelheid about what her blood would taste like. Instead Vira puts on a performance and gets a woman (Bianka Sierota) to agree to a blood-food trade. When she returns, Vira finds Adelheid slicing up a cooked bug with a silvered dagger. //Summarized thanks to John// ===== Characters Involved ===== these guys I need to add their pages for ;__; Ayre Aradi The Aerialist Xenia Sulac The Fallen Deva Bianka Sierota) noble human in her night clothes who was charmed by Vira and convinced to trade for blood ---- struct table ---- schema: characters order: characters.character_name filter: characters.character_name IN ("Caiden Fredrick Greycastle Hadler", "Mad Lockwood", "Wren Hastielle","The Scrimshander", "Skullduggary","Adelheid Woodkin", "Vira De Cartier" ) cols: %title%, characters.character_image_headshot csv: 0 ---- ===== Items Received ===== Group: - Has reached Level 2 Please Level up for next session. - Temporary ice implements of defense and attack, provided by a forgotten Deva - 10x Rations ( Roasted Cryopillar) ===== Preceded by ===== The Depths ===== Followed by ===== Sanguine Tears
