The Tenebrous Empire's influence historically covered a large portion of northern Borea. Its southernmost borders encompassed the Voiceless ridge, The Fox Teeth, and The Ossick Peaks but now keeps a tenuous hold on the lands immediately adjacent to Loch Greycastle.
