Maradov

Maradov is a city built on the Northwest shore of Loch Greycastle atop the rolling foothills of the Grey Crown Mountains. The snow catches the reflected light from the fields of snow and the sheer ice from the lake and makes the whole city glimmer.

A road is being built to the south of the city, Passage East can be accessed via Roseclad Metro or across the lake via The Vein

Maradov is incredibly vertical, almost entirely constructed skyscrapers that have an art deco styling to them. the stonework and fine embellishments should have taken ages to construct but Maradov is the youngest of the metropolitan areas in the Tenebrous Empire. Several skyway's branch between the towers except for the four cornerstone magical towers that mark the furthest edges of Maradov. Strangely no structure aside from the railroad and the vein's bridge extend beyond this border.

The government of Maradov consists of the most powerful sorcerer's in the the city whom keep order through bureaucracy. They sometimes defer power to the four Prime Sorcerers who created the city and live in shadowy obscurity in their spires.

Compared to Krovil Maradov is a decadent and gorgeous place to live. It is a hub of commerce art and innovation. The citizens often look down upon those who live elsewhere in the empire and are wary of the 'wrong sort' of spellcaster.
